WICHITA, Kan. (Oct. 8, 2007) –Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) is initiating a tour across the U.S. Oct. 15, 2007 to visit with aviation university students, administrators and professors to expose students and faculty to the career opportunities available at HBC. The tour will include aircraft static displays, demonstration flights, classroom visits and presentations. HBC offers numerous internships to students giving them real-world experience at a global aviation company prior to graduation. Stops on the tour include Kansas State University in Salina, Kan., Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Ariz., University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, N.D., University of Western Michigan in Battle Creek, Purdue University in Lafayette, Ind., Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H., and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, Fla.
