Sao Jose dos Campos, February 16, 2007 – Embraer announces the start of the 2007 Phenom Tour in North America and Australia, exhibiting the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 full-scale mock-ups. The two executive jets have already logged over 350 firm orders in 23 countries.
The North American tour will include stops in Mexico and Canada. The first of 30 stops in the United States is at the world-famous Daytona 500 race, in Daytona Beach, Florida, where the Phenom 300 mock-up is on display through February 18.
In Australia, the tour begins with the Phenom 100 mock-up on display at Brisbane Airport, from February 20-23. The tour continues in Sydney from February 27 through March 2 and on to Melbourne from March 6-9, finishing in Perth from March 13-16.
The tour demonstrates the Phenom jets’ generous cabins, designed by BMW Group DesignworksUSA, with comfortable seating and fine appointments, ample baggage compartments, and a fully representative cockpit.
The 2007 Phenom Tour will also visit Europe, Latin America and South Africa. The Phenom Tour schedule is posted at www.embraerexecutivejets.com.
